This page must set out, for each processing operation (viager study request, contact form, email alerts): its purpose, its legal basis, the data collected, how long it is kept, who receives it, and how to exercise the rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability.

The email alerts rest on explicit consent collected by double opt-in; every message carries an unsubscribe link. Unconfirmed sign-ups are deleted automatically.
